Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Saasy Accountant (the "Service"), a subscription spend-tracking application operated by About After Publishing & Productions (the "Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Israel. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You are contracting with About After Publishing & Productions.
1. The Service
Saasy Accountant lets you manually record your software subscriptions, view spend dashboards and renewal schedules, set budgets, and — on the paid Pro plan — use AI-assisted features such as overlap detection, budget planning, spend analytics, data export, a browser capture extension, and MCP server access.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
- If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Plans, billing and payments
The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly or annually. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Renewal charges and unused time within a paid period are non-refundable (no pro-rata refunds). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see /refund), under which the cost of AI usage already consumed may be deducted from any approved refund and refund requests may be refused in cases of abuse.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfering with the Service's security or infrastructure (malware, probing, scraping, circumvention of technical limits);
- reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service;
- attempting to bypass plan limits or AI usage caps.
5. AI features
Pro features use third-party AI models to analyze the subscription names, descriptions, prices, and goals you provide.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Insights, overlap detection, and budget proposals are suggestions only — not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
- You are responsible for the content you submit and for verifying any output before acting on it (for example, before cancelling a subscription).
- We may apply usage caps and rate limits to AI features as described in the product, and may filter or refuse outputs that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Company retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Service level
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window; you may request deletion at any time via support@saas-sprout-40.lovable.app.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different venue.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
